4th Annual 'Toast to the Coast' fundraiser benefitting San Diego Coastkeeper. Sponcors included: Sand Cloud (beach friendly gear), Yelp, Stone brewery, Ballasit Point brewery, Barefoot wines, along with numerous other donors. Hawaiian-themed with Polynesian dancers, Luau food; Hawaiian Bowls: Kalua Pork, Chicken Teriyaki & Grilled Tofu Kimchi bowl with King's rolls and Island macaroni salad

Private sushi supper club event. Menu included live sashimi demo (fresh Hamachi), Salmon Poke, Tonkatsu Pork Ramen, Maki rolling 101 (attendees made their own sushi rolls) with Green tea dusted Chocolate Cake, Mochi ice cream bonbons, fresh fruit compote and Pocky.
Amazing food journey to the home of Puebla Pablano Mole' and traditional dish Chile en Nogada (chili rellano with ground Turkey, almonds and raisins with cream sauce and Pommegranite seeds)
Favorite Mother's Day brunch with my famous Champagne Chicken crepes, fruit, Yogurt & Granola bar.
